Gin Lane Sydney launches Soft Serve Cocktails for Summer

Recently, founder of Gin Lane Sydney, Grant Collins, joined me on the Podcast. During the episode, Grant mentioned he would be releasing a Soft Serve Cocktail in time for Summer.

Well, it’s now available!!

The retro served Gin & Classic Cocktail “Soft Serves” award-winning mixoloist, Grant Collins, has paired up with Australian soft serve and gelato guru, David Lopresti, of Florentia | Artisan Ingredients to create a truly one of a kind cocktail experience.

Using only the freshest cold press juices, natural sugars and no preservatives, (with a cheeky hint of Tanqueray Gin and Italian Prosecco) the results have been spectacular.

Think “Soft Serve Negroni” with Tanqueray Gin, Campari, Rosso and cold pressed lime, served in a black natural waffle cone with candied orange and a chocolate flake. A “Southside” with fresh and candied mint in a retro sorbet cup by our 1950`s attired server, or maybe an “Aperol Spritz” Cone with mint, candied orange and popping candy.

Make the most of Summer at Gin Lane’s Soft Serve Classic Cocktail Bar where the following flavours will be on rotation:

  • “Soft Serve” Singapore Sling: Tanqueray Gin, Cherry Herring, pressed lime, served in a cup or waffle cone, with honeycomb and chocolate candied orange.

  • “Soft Serve” Southside: Tanqueray Gin, cold-pressed lime, pressed mint, served in a cup or waffle cone with candied and fresh mint.

  • “Soft Serve” Negroni: Tanqueray Gin, Rosso, Campari, cold pressed lime, pressed mint served in a cup or waffle cone with chocolate flake and candied orange.

  • “Soft Serve” Aperol Spritz: Aperol, Prosecco, cold pressed lime served in a cup or waffle cone with mint, candied orange and popping candy.

The Soft Serve cones will be available for $10 each and cups priced at $8
