Harmony Pharmacy Mosman

Over the weekend I visited Harmony Pharmacy in Mosman for a treatment of Acupuncture.

I have been experiencing a really sore neck at the base of my head for ages and had been meaning to have it treated. I always look for an holistic approach... as you know it's never just a sore neck and is often a result of other elements.

The Pharmacy is a one-stop-shop for the latest health foods, natural beauty products as well as filling prescriptions. Most recently, they have added services including Nutritional Medicine, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, Kinesiology and Remedial Massage; provided by a team of qualified and experienced practitioners in their fields.

Alan, who specialises in Acupuncture and Functional Medicine treated me. He is highly experienced and combines a range of modalities; including Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Iridology plus more. Alan was super thorough and explained exactly what he was doing. It didn't take long before my neck felt looser and had a far better rotation. It also felt like my head was about 2kg lighter by the time I got back into my car!!

The Pharmacy's integrated specialists customise what is needed to individual needs, through the use of traditional medicines with natural remedies. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area!
