Mastering Your Mind for Success
“I believe we are Creators, and I believe we create with every thought and every word. You get it when you believe it” - Jim Carey
I’ve learnt that to master our mind for success, we need to know how to collaborate with it and how to use the mind to its fullest potential. The subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what is real and what is vividly imagined; it just responds to our thoughts, beliefs, emotions and then creates that reality. I’d love to share with you these four powerful ways to transform your life.
Four Keys to Master Your Mind For Success
1. Awareness of your thoughts. Focus on what you DO want as opposed to thinking and dwelling negatively on what you DON’T want. If you think about negative things, those experiences will be attracted to you. When you expect and think about what you DO want to manifest, thatwill be your experience. Wherever your attention goes energy flows. The one thing we have control over is our thoughts – let's choose empowering and uplifting thoughts!
2. Visualise and design your ideal life in your mind- You are the director of the movie of your life. Rehearse in your mind what you want to be, do or have, this creates a powerful blueprint for your subconscious. Step into your ideal future and see it, feel it and imagine how amazing it would be. The more deep, positive emotionyou feel, the faster that future will materialise.
3. Upgrade your words. The words you use will manifest into your reality. If you are saying, ‘I can’t afford this, or I’m not good enough to get this job’ then that is going to be true for you… a self-fulfilling prophecy. Whereas if you change that to, ‘I WILL be able to afford this, or I’m perfectfor this job’ it changes how you feel, and then sends out a higher, positive vibration, which will be attracted back to you. Become your Inner Cheerleader as opposed to your Inner Critic. Tell the story as you want it to play out, release any Victim energy and embrace Victorious.
4. The mind likes what it is familiar. It goes back to our primitive mind - the unfamiliar was dangerous. Make new positive behaviours familiar by repetition, for example: empowering self-talk, setting compelling goals each day, writing in a Gratitude Journal, healthy, organic food choices, heart-pumping, fun exercise, mindfulness practises, slow deep breathing, meditation, yoga and nourishing self-love rituals.
When you put the above into practice, you can achieve phenomenal success andcreate transformational change.
