The ONE place where you can find Kayla Itsines, Steph Claire Smith and Chontel Duncan presenting under the same roof
There are some names that are just synonymous with the fitness industry, and Australia is very blessed to have many of the big players hailing from our shores. From Kayla Itsines, to Steph Claire Smith, Laura Henshaw, Katie Martin and Chontel Duncan, these trainers have amassed huge followings, and great results due to their clever programming.
In great news, this October, FitHer – Australia’s largest and only consumer health and fitness expo focused on women – will be bringing all of these big hitters together, under one roof for one weekend only.
Attendees can come along and enjoy their presentations, interactive events, workouts, product demonstrations, exhibits and much more. All up, there will also be 6 live talks on stage + 7 live workouts each day.
FitHer was founded by Emma Price, who wanted to inspire women to be the fittest version of themselves in order to feel empowered.
“Health and fitness is an important part of my life and like many women this slips down on my list of priorities. I wanted to create a movement to inspire women to be the fittest version of themselves (whatever that looks like) and empower them to shift the focus and prioritise their health. In this online world we live it, I wanted to bring back the personal connection, where woman can see, feel and try products rather than relying on online reviews and content to make their choices.”
FitHer will be held 7-8 October at the International Convention Centre from 10am-5pm (Saturday) and 10am-4pm (Sunday). Entry is free and tickets will be released on July 24, 2024.
