Of course, we want to do this in a manner which results in less expense, less resources and yes - in record time!

1. Create an offer your audience wants from YOU
One of the best ways to do this is to offer more of you (if you're a service based business).
How can you make this work for your business?
2. Make high value decisions quickly
Look at your options and make a decision. Does it align with your vision and business goals?
You’ll be amazed how strong your decision-making skills become when you begin to make this approach a habit.
Over the years, I have fine-tuned this skill and now make big (and often risky) decisions within minutes. The time and emotional energy saved in simply moving forward allows me to live an accelerated life. If something goes wrong - I'll deal with it at the time, rather than worrying about what if...
Making high value decisions quickly can take your life and business to a whole new level, and allow you to reach heights you thought were only for others.
Less is more. Always.
Leave out multiple buyer decision-making options (too many options, variants / messages will slow your buyer down and become confusing). It's also far easier to communicate and curate products, services and marketing messages which are streamlined and simple.
This approach will save you valuable time, resources and expense.
4. Refocus on your offering
Become extremely clear on what it is you're offering your audience. Make this as single-minded as possible.
Ask yourself, what’s the 1 most important element my service / product is offering?
5. Sell your by-product as an up-sell or cross-sell
This is something we would do a lot in my Corporate roles. It's also something I work on with clients depending on their business offering.
Up-sells & Cross-sells, make sense to your audience. Plus, it's less work for you.
Determining how you can use this approach is simple. Create your Customer Journey Map, and you'll find your opportunities and weaknesses as you begin to map out your touchpoint and customers mindset.
Examples of by-products include: ebooks, courses, workshops... i.e.: a secondary product / service to your core offering.
6. Make sure you're creating what your audience wants
Through interacting with your audience and getting to know them, you can tailor your offering to what it is they want.
The wrong offering will leave your audience confused and wandering off.
Adding too much value devalues your brand, plus it's a lot of work for you which often results in Business Owners becoming disgruntled.
Keep it simple. Create single-minded offers which match your audiences needs.
