With summer just around the corner man of us are working hard to get those summer bods. Eat Fit Food has recently released their brand new 8 week Transform Your Body Program to help us get summer ready!

Eat Fit Food has developed this new program around the 20/80 rule.

According to their Dietician & Nutritionist, Jaime Rose Chambers, this program provides Australians with healthy, sustainable and realistic meals that encourage healthy lifestyle choices and can easily be incorporated into everyday life.

The 8 week Transform Your Life Program is different from fad diets because the program is based on the concept ‘food is medicine’.  This is totally my philosophy too.
