Last week I did a 2 day food cleanse with Eat Fit Food.
The meals are delivered in a cooler bag prior to 7am and consisted of 3 meals a day with 2 snacks and a juice. The meals contain no refined sugars, additives or processed food - just the way I like my food!
Breakfast: Juice (beetroot, ginger, apple, carrot & celery) & Warm, Nutty cinnamon, brown rice and quinoa porridge
Lunch: Lentil & vegetable soup
Dinner: Chicken, mushroom and green pea beth with shallots, bamboo shoots & coriander
Snacks: Eat Fit Food Cleanse Bar; Fruit
Breakfast: Green Juice, Gluten free muesli with rice milk & poached berries
Lunch: Roast pumpkin & caramelised onion frittata with a side salad
Dinner: Thai chicken laksa with flat noodles, bean shoots, asian greens & carrots
Snacks: Broccoli & zucchini dip with carrot & celery; Fruit
There are several meal plans to choose from, including detox, cleanse, healthy eating, overhaul, x-celerator and catering.
