I visited Physicore last week and tried out my first workout. Yes, I was sore afterward - a good sore!

The instructor, Brooke, was lovely and is an absolute expert. As a complete newbie to this workout, she was great at explaining how to use the equipment and guide me through the exercises.
The workout is done to music, and concentrates on muscles you forgot you had. Similar to using a Pilates Reformer - however also very different at the same time!! There are many combinations which can be used on the Megaformer which means you'll never do the same routine twice. It’ll keep your body guessing and working. Yes - that means results!
