The Goodnight Society

I'm loving this quirky sleepwear which is made from 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex. Yip, they are totally comfortable and flexible, making them the perfect sleepwear choice in my books.

They are manufactured through Fair Trade and WRAP certified factories making them even easier to sleep at night!!

I took a fabulous pair of Summer PJ's with me on my recent European holiday (pictured above) - and can't wait to get back into them when the weather finally warms up here again in Sydney.

Be sure to check out the fun prints and variety of styles which will have you sleeping in comfort!

The Natural Shoe Company

These are seriously the most comfortable espadrilles I have ever worn! They are delicately hand crafted by a Basques family business in the West Pyrenees. The insoles are incredible comfortable and I walked long distances in Europe wearing these shoes (both day and night) - so they are very durable, high quality and versatile.

The collection includes wedges, closed-toe, peep-toe, sandals, ballet flats and enclosed shoes - so there's a style to suit everyone. There are also a variety of patterns and colours to compliment different outfits, so I'm sure I'll be popping in to get another pair this Summer!

I can safely say that I've turned in the pair of thongs for these classy and comfortable pair of Spanish espadrilles!!

Red Espresso

This is an extremely healthy decaffeinated alternative without compromising the coffee drinking lifestyle (sounds good doesn't it!) The fine grounds of Rooibos leaves are used in espresso shots, producing a creamy thick texture of sweet tasting tea.

This delicious alternative to coffee has zero caffeine and 5x the amount of antioxidants as green tea!

I'm really enjoying this tea (so is my husband!) The best way to get your hands on this product is via their website

Primal Essence

This is an energising blend of ancient herbs and superfoods. The natural herbal ingredients work to replenish the body’s conservation of Jing within the kidneys and recharge deep vital energy reserves.

The essence is gluten free, vegan, paleo and non-gmo.

If you're exhausted / fatigued, over-worked or stressed - these herbs could be your next best friend with regular use.

Jing accumulates over time, so these herbs are more effective when consumed in small regular doses over a long period of time. Read all about it on their website!
