Trolley Bags

If you’re not a fan of using plastic shopping bags, these trolley bags are a fabulous solution.

The bags come in a set of 4, and have been designed to easily sit in a trolley to load your groceries as they come through the check-out.

The bags are reusable and environmentally friendly. They are also big enough to cater for family-sized shops.

All you need to do is hang the bags on the back of your trolley while shopping. Once you’ve loaded your items at the counter, hang the bags inside the trolley. As your shopping comes through the checkout, load the shopping directly into the trolley bags which can then be placed straight into your car. Each bag can hold up to 15kg.

Food for Health

I’ve spoken about Food for Health many times – in past review articles and also on the Mindfulbiz Podcast show.

New to their range are the Coconut bars and Vanilla Blueberry bars. They are gluten and glucose free, made with no nasties.

The Coconut bar includes chia seeds, linseed, cacao and coconut. The Vanilla Blueberry bar contains vanilla flavour with bursts of real blueberries and toasted coconut.

Both myself and my boys are really loving these bars!

Almond Breeze Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Most of you will know how much I love Almond Breeze. I love this brand, and many of you have received their Almond Milk in the goodie bags from my past events.

Almond Breeze have recently launched a new variant: Unsweetened Coconut Almond Milk. As with the other variants of their Almond Milk, the product is made using almonds, making them dairy, lactose, soy, cholesterol and gluten free. This new product is made using coconut, giving it a rich creamy texture which is delicious.
