Burts Bees Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser

Keeping my skin well hydrated is always at the top of my skin priorities! I notice that when my skin isn't well moisturised - those 'scary lines' show a whole load more than what they should be...

This cream cleanser is fabulous for providing pure hydration, especially if you have dry skin. Inspired by the Clary Sage plants ability to trap and retain moisture, this natural cleanser hydrates while also leaving your skin soft and clean.

Burts Bees products are natural, use no phthalates, petrolatum, SLS or animal testing.

Table of Plenty

Table of Plenty is a company founded by Kate Weiss. Kate is an award-winning entrepreneur with a strong message for her brand.

Kate has drawn upon her profound travel experiences, love of food and experience as a mother as inspiration for her well-known spice blends and muesli mixes.

Table of Plenty’s products are healthy, tasty and innovative. My kids are a huge fan of the mini rice crackers in the image above!!

I’ve also been enjoying their Maple Pecan Premium Muesli. Think sticky Canadian maple syrup mixed with the crunchiness of Australian pecans, almonds, cashews and Brazil nuts. This protein-enriched muesli is satisfying and a fabulous start to the day.

The other muesli I have been enjoying is the Velvety Vanilla, containing oats, succulent dates, crunchy macadamia and sunflower seeds, cranberries and crisp coconut. Half of the oats are toasted in Table Of Plenty’s signature vanilla syrup, the other is left natural. Delish!!!!

1888 Certified

Transforming the world of meat, 1888 Certified is a fairly new addition to Double Bay in Sydney.

1888 Certified is run by two life-long friends, Charlie Crichton and Tim White, both of whom come from a long line of farmers. The company philosophy is based on sustainability, traceability and education, providing some of the best quality meat on the market.

The grass fed meats I've enjoyed from 1888 Certified have honestly been incredible - if you're in the area make sure you take a visit.

Rumi

Rumi provides yoga essentials that will leave you feeling more Zen and stylish than anyone else in the studio. The company was founded in California by a certified yoga instructor drawing upon inspiration from music, art and yoga to create this colourful range.

The moisture-wicking fabric and built-in four-way stretch support makes them comfortable, not to mention also effective at pulling in the legs and stomach!

Fun, colourful patterns have the ability to cheer up any mood and are perfect to wear from the coffee shop to the yoga studio with style.

Curo Lifestyle Alkaline Water

I'm loving this water. In fact is was featured in the goodie bags from my recent workshop!

Bottled from the fresh waters in Australia’s Blue Mountains, Curo Alkaline Water supports detoxification and hydration. The unique, fresh source of this water is dubbed “deliciously thirst quenching” and free of pollutants.

The smooth taste of Curo’s bottled water is thriving in calcium, silica and bicarbonate. Backed by clinical studies, alkaline water has many benefits:

  • Detoxifying
  • Revitalizing
  • Faster recoveries
  • Fighting free radicals
  • Strengthening the immune system
  • Hydrating the hair, skin, and nails

The water is in BPA, BPS, and phthalate-free bottles to keep quality and health at the optimal level.

Ideal after a strenuous hike, long yoga session or scorching beach day, Curo contains electrolytes to support high energy levels, hydration and nourishment of cells. High levels of silica, sometimes referred to as “nature’s botox,” help keep skin glowing and fresh.
