Small Business have been hit heavily as a result of the Coronavirus social isolation and lock downs. As a result, Business Owners are scrambling for Business & Marketing Solutions to help them keep afloat.

Firstly, we need to be mindful that it’s a good thing the isolation is happening now. At least that will help stop the spread the virus, so we can resume to relative normal.

I’ve been coaching clients constantly all week, creating solutions for their specific businesses. The good news is that there is lots that can be done to help bring your business back into swing.

Below are some ‘thought starters’ to help Small Business Owners combat the impact of the Corona Virus Lockdown :⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • Mini online programs (can be used as a Beta Test for something bigger later)

  • Larger focus on customer service + building communities

  • People to People communication rather than newsletters where appropriate

  • Diversifying product / service ranges (can you adjust something that you already have rather than a completely new product / service?)

  • Online meetings to forge collaborations (for now & future)

  • Build customer base (expand locations for future digital marketing)

  • Content Marketing now to help with online searches when things go back to relative normal ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s time to get creative. There will be ways to bring additional cashflow while the storm is here. They can be hard to find, however they are there👌🏻
